We use this information to assess applications, verify payments, allocate cohort seats, deliver classes, provide learner support, communicate operational updates and maintain financial and admissions records.

Legal and operational basis

Processing is limited to enrollment, service delivery, legitimate academy administration, fraud prevention and obligations that apply to payments or business records. Marketing communication should be sent only where permission or another valid basis exists.

Sharing and protection

Information may be shared only with service providers necessary for hosting, communication, payment verification or course delivery, and with authorities where legally required. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no internet service can promise absolute security.

Retention

Application and payment records are retained only as long as reasonably required for admissions, learner support, dispute handling, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Records no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your information and may ask about deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
